Valheim’s Latest Hotfix Fixes Lingering Issues, Improves Performance, and More!

Valheim’s latest update from Iron Gate AB fixes various player complaints. The patch solves controllers, performance, and other problems. PlayStation controllers on PC now have a working touchpad button, allowing players to browse the map and inventory without using a mouse and keyboard. Other controller fixes include steam overlays, controller mapping tools, and main menu controller difficulties.

Game performance changes attempt to boost frame rate and eliminate stuttering. Other issue fixes include getting caught in the world geometry, falling through a portal, duplicate items, inability to install goods on specific surfaces, and restricting player contact with certain objects.
